Issue
In preparation for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, scheduled to be held from November 2022, we were considering the sale of NFTs containing 3D data. Since we positioned it as a proof-of-concept experiment, we needed cost-effective measures to gauge user reactions. However, we lacked the knowledge and capability to conceptualize, define requirements, and develop the experiment.

Issue
Demonstration experiments regarding notification or consent using "certificates with a fixed date" using security tokens are being considered, and this demonstration will improve the requirements against third parties and give effectiveness (time stamps) to certificates with a fixed date. This was a key point of the experiment, but in order to verify this point, it was necessary to realize that there are various processes before recording on the blockchain, and that all business processes must be developed and realized on the system. It was necessary to establish a structure and system that could quickly respond to the system during the experiment.
